The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Three works having a workwise cost of not less than 40% of the Tender cost at the price level of 2023-24. 2. Two works having a workwise cost of not less than 60% of the Tender cost at the price level of 2023-24. 3. One work having a workwise cost of not less than 80% of the Tender cost at the price level of 2023-24. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in any one year of the last 5 years, the minimum quantities of the following items of work: 1. Full Height laminated/veneer partition: 497.00 Square meter 2. Full Height storage: 120.00 Square meter 3. Low Height storage: 45.00 Square meter 4. Laminated/veneer wall paneling: 152.00 Square meter 5. Staff Table in laminate/veneer: 35.00 Square meter The bidder should also have a maximum annual financial turnover in any one of the years from 2019-20 to 2023-24, which shall be minimum 75% of the annual cost of work.
