The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering construction works, with completion of similar works during the last seven years. The required prior work experience includes satisfactorily completing, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the amount put to tender. Alternatively, the bidder can have completed at least two similar works of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender, or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the amount put to tender, at the 2023-24 price level. The bidder should also have achieved a maximum annual financial turnover of not less than 548.00 lakhs in any one year during the last five years in all classes of civil engineering construction work. The bidder needs to provide details of the works completed, including the name of the work, name and address of the organization for whom the work was done, place and country, agreement number and date, date of commencement, tendered cost, total cost of work done, and actual date of completion. The bidder should also provide information on the maximum value of civil engineering works completed in any one year during the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide details of technical personnel available with them, which can be spared exclusively for this work, including their name, designation, qualification, professional experience of execution of similar works, and period for which the person is working with the tenderer. The bidder must also attach attested copies of the works done certificates signed by an authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The bid capacity is calculated based on the highest amount "A" (total cost of work done in any one year out of the last seven years) and the total cost of works in hand "B". The bid capacity formula is: Bid Capacity = (A*N*2)-B. The required prior work experience values and percentages of similar works completed are: - at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the amount put to tender - at least two similar works of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender - at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the amount put to tender - maximum annual financial turnover of not less than 548.00 lakhs in any one year during the last five years.
