The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing works of similar nature, specifically building works, with the following requirements: 1. Three building works having a work-wise cost of not less than 40% of the Tender cost at the price level of 2023-24. 2. Two building works having a work-wise cost of not less than 60% of the Tender cost at the price level of 2023-24. 3. One building work having a work-wise cost of not less than 80% of the Tender cost at the price level of 2023-24. Additionally, the bidder must have executed a minimum quantity of specific items of work in any one year of the last 5 years, including: 1. Pre-engineered structure/Structural steel work of industrial shed or Warehouse: 15.00 Metric Tonne or 303.00 Square Meter. 2. Concrete work of grade M-25 and above grade: 56.00 Cubic Metre. 3. Tremix Concrete: 273.00 Square Metre. The quantity certificate for these items should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder's experience and capability can be inferred from their technical personnel, specialized machinery, and financial capacity. The performance security will be determined based on their bid amount, with higher bids requiring higher performance security, such as 2% of the estimated cost plus an amount equal to the percentage by which the bid is below 15%.
