The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specified quantities and values. The bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of specific items of work in any one year of the last 5 years, including: - Pre-engineered structure/Structural steel work of industrial shed or Warehouse: 15.00 Metric Tonne or 303.00 Square Meter. - Concrete work of grade M-25 and above grade: 58.00 Cubic Metre. - Tremix Concrete: 273.00 Square Metre. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in building works, specifically: - Three building works having a workwise cost of not less than 40% of the Tender cost at the price level of 2023-24. - Two building works having a workwise cost of not less than 60% of the Tender cost at the price level of 2023-24. - One building work having a workwise cost of not less than 80% of the Tender cost at the price level of 2023-24. Additionally, the bidder's maximum annual financial turnover in any one of the years from 2019-20 to 2023-24 should be minimum 75% of the annual cost of work. The bidder needs to provide information on the amount of work done during each of the last three years (in Rs in Lakh) for each work, along with the agreement number and date, and the balance amount. The required experience for a Project Manager is 5 years with a B.E./B.Tech in Civil, and for a Site Engineer is 2 years with a D.C.E.
