The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have experience in executing similar works. They need to provide details of works of similar type carried out during the last 5 years, including the name of the work, name and address of the organization, and other relevant details. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - At least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the amount put to tender, - At least two similar works of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender, - At least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the amount put to tender at the 2024-25 price level. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work: 1. M-20 CONCRETE - 190.00 CUM 2. TMT STEEL - 20.00 MT 3. BRICK WORK - 110.00 CUM 4. FLOORING - 390.00 SQM 5. PLASTER - 1600.00 SQM 6. WATER PROOFING - 390.00 SQM These quantities are approximately 30% of the tendered quantity. The bidder also needs to provide documentary proof of similar type and magnitude of work done.
