It Is The Proponents Responsibility To Ensure Registration And Confirmation Has Been Received Prior To The Meeting. Deadline For Registration For The Site Visit Is May 22, 2024 At 4:00 Pm Local Time. Proponents Who Will Be Attending The Site Visit Must Submit A Signed And Completed Appendix 12 – Non-disclosure Agreement In Order To Attend The Site Visit And Receive Drawings And Specifications. Schedule “b” To Non-disclosure Agreement Must Be Signed By Each Individual Who Will Have Access To The Drawings And Specifications (including Subcontractors And Suppliers). Signed Forms Are To Be Emailed To The Project Manager When Registering For The Site Visit.
