This Request For Proposals (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Government Of Manitoba (“manitoba”), As Represented By The Department Of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning And Delivery (“cppd”) On Behalf Of The Owner Of The Project, Manitoba Housing And Renewal Corporation. (“owner”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Exterior And Interior Refresh As Further Described In Section 1 Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix 3) (the “work”). The Work Is Being Done In 1 And 6 Baker Bay In South Indian Lake, Manitoba Work Site Location Will Be Occupied During Construction. Cppd Is Administering This Rfp Process. For The Purposes Of This Procurement Process, The “rfp Contact” Will Be: Contract Administrator: Li Li Email: Cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca An Optional Site Visit Has Been Scheduled As Follows: Location: 1 Baker Bay, South Indian Lake, Manitoba Date And Time: April 24, 2024, At 2:00 Pm Local Time Proponents Are To Meet At 1 Baker Bay, South Indian Lake Prior To 2:00 Pm To Sign The Site Attendance Sheet. Proponents Are To Pre-register By Email To The Project Coordinator At Gazi.rahman@gov.mb.ca. It Is The Proponents Responsibility To Ensure Registration And Confirmation Has Been Received Prior To The Meeting. Deadline For Registration Is By 4:00 Pm Of  April 22, 2024 . attendance At The Site Visit Will Be Confirmed And Recorded. if Proponents Are Not Available To Attend The Above Scheduled Optional Site Visit, But Still Wish To View The Site, An Appointment May Be Arranged By Contacting The Rfp Contact. Proponents Are Not Entitled To Rely On Information Received From Cppd, The Owner’s Representatives Or Other Third Parties At The Site Visit Unless The Rfp Contact Has Provided The Information In Writing. Deadline For Questions May 7, 2024. All Questions Must Be Submitted To The Contract Administrator At Cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Cppd Will Only Address Questions That Were Sent To This Email Address. Bid Submission Deadline Is May 14, 2024 At 2:00:00 P.m. Cdt. This Is An Ebid Submission And All Bids Must Be Uploaded Through Merx. No Other Form Of Proposal Submission Will Be Accepted.
