This Is An Advance Notice Of A Potential Contract With Anticipated Security Requirements To Provide Interested Consultants An Opportunity To Begin The Sponsorship Request Process For Potentially Obtaining The Required Security Clearance(s) That Are Anticipated. Note That There Is No Guarantee That This Contract Will Proceed Or That Any Security Clearance(s) Will Be Granted Under The Sponsorship Process In A Timely Fashion Or Otherwise. Description Of The Project And Services The Real Estate Portfolio Of The Department Of National Defence (dnd) In The Quebec Region Includes Approximately 1,500 buildings, 2 million Square Metres Of Floor Space, 1,250 km Of Roads, And 377 km Of Underground Networks, Spread Over 4 Different Sites: Cfb bagotville And The Montréal, St-jean And Valcartier Garrisons. The Objective Of This Project Is To Procure Professional Services To Implement An Asset Management Process That Will Enable Dnd To Make Efficient And Effective Decisions For The Management Of Resilient And Sustainable Assets Throughout Their Lifecycle. Professional Services May Include, But Are Not Limited To, Asset Assessment, Strategic Concept Development, Data Collection And Analysis, And Recommendations; And Development Of Integration Solutions And Support During Strategy Implementation. The Estimated Value Of The Consulting Services Is Approximately $1,200,000. It Is Anticipated That This Solicitation Will Be Initiated In January, 2024. This Is Conditional On The Contract Receiving Approval To Proceed By The Department Of National Defence (dnd). Contract Award And Anticipated Security Requirements In Order To Be Eligible For Contract Award, A Consultant Will Be Required To, Among Other Things, Actively Hold All Required Security Clearance(s) At The Time Of Closing, As Further Detailed In The Solicitation.
