Defence Construction Canada (dcc) Is Calling For Tenders To Award A Standing Offer Agreement (soa) To Provide “as And When Required” Laboratory Analysis Services For Cfb Bagotville (qc). The Soa Will Be For A Period Of One (1) Year With A Maximum Estimated Value Of $ 1,250,000.00. If Mutually Agreeable Between The Consultant And Dcc, The Soa May Be Extended For Up To Three (3) Additional One-year Periods And Increased In The Order Of $1,000,000.00 For Each Additional Period. The Maximum Value Of A Call-up Under The Soa Is $ 40,000.00. This Solicitation Is Being Conducted In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (cfta), Chapter Nineteen Of The Canada-european Union Comprehensive Economic And Trade Agreement (ceta) And The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement (wto-gpa).
