Defence Construction Canada (dcc) Is Calling For Proposals From Firms To Establish A Service Contract To Provide Regular Inspection, Cleaning And Servicing Of Hvac And Plumbing Equipment For Residential Housing Units (rhus) At 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba.
