Description 1.the Conner District Hospital Through The Hospital Income Realized On The Usage Of Equipment, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty Two Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (php 42,120,000.00) With An Approved Lease Fee Per Treatment (alfpt) Of One Thousand Nine Hundred Five Pesos (php 4,500.00) Per Treatment As Payment For The Hospital Project(s) Under The Contract For Cdh-g2025-gd390. Bids Received In Excess Of The Alfpt Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Conner District Hospital Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By One (1) Year. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
