Multi-framework agreement for the purchase and maintenance of brand-new presentation technology for the Höms Purchase and maintenance of brand-new presentation technology for the Hessian University of Public Management and Security (HÖMS), for the study locations Wiesbaden, Mühlheim/Main, Gießen and Kassel Framework agreement for the purchase and maintenance of brand-new presentation technology for the Höms The aim is to conclude a contract for the purchase and maintenance of brand-new presentation technology for the Hessian University of Public Management and Security (HÖMS), for the study locations Wiesbaden, Mühlheim/Main, Gießen and Kassel. The subject of the service is brand-new presentation technology in accordance with the enclosed specification as well as the maintenance of and servicing of this equipment. In addition, cabling is to be installed in the room, from the lecturer's desk to the ceiling, in ducts, intermediate floors and suspended ceilings. This is either a replacement for VGA cables or an additional cable. - Depending on the conditions on site, the presentation technology is short-throw projectors, long-throw projectors, large screens with and without smart functions. - A total of around 200 end devices are to be procured and around 300 end devices are to be serviced. - In addition to procuring the above-mentioned devices, the devices must be repaired within a short response time (within 24 hours). - In addition, service work must be carried out on the devices at least once a year. This service work takes place annually during the summer semester break. Appointments are made in consultation with the campus administrations (Giessen, Kassel, Wiesbaden and Mühlstetten). An order volume of at least 300,000 euros is guaranteed. Support The acceptance of fault reports and proper handling of customer service must be guaranteed by the contractor on working days from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The on-site service response time is max. 8 hours after receipt of the error message. In principle, the hardware is portable, but reference can also be made to a showroom in the region if the presentation of new devices cannot be realized at the Höms locations. This would be the case, for example, if the product to be presented is not in stock at the bidder. In such a case, a showroom can be offered as an alternative.
