Notice Is Hereby Given By Community Living British Columbia (clbc), Of Its Intent To Enter Into A Contract With Kootenay Society For Community Living To Provide The Following Services To Clbc Eligible Individuals For Its Castlegar Cluster Living Program. 1. Cluster Living – This Service Is To Be Delivered Within The Castlegar Community To 4 Individuals Who Require Supported Living Services To Support Increase In Quality Of Life And Independence. The Total Value Of The Contract To Supply The Above Service Is Expected Not To Exceed A Total Contract Value Of $633,600.00 For The Initial Two (2) Year Contract Period. The Contract Will Be Awarded For Two (2) Years With An Option To Extend For An Indefinite Number Of Years For So Long As Clbc Requires The Above-referenced Services And Exercises The Discretion To Continue To Contract With Kootenay Society For Community Living.
