Notice Is Hereby Given By Community Living British Columbia (clbc), Of Its Intent To Enter Into A Contract With Nexus Community Support Society (“nexus”) To Provide The Following Service Type For Its Cranbrook Program: 1. Staffed Residential – One Staffed Living Home. One Home Has 7 Fte And 280 Gross Fixed Service Levels Per Week. The Home Has The Capacity For Four Funded Spaces. The Total Value Of The Contract To Supply The Above-referenced Service Type Is Expected Not To Exceed A Total Contract Value Of $1,728,000.00 For The Initial Two (2) Year Term Of The Contract, Subject To Potential Uplifts For Sustainable Services Negotiation Mandate Increase Which May Increase The Total Contract Envelope During The Initial Two-year Term. The Contract Will Be Awarded For An Initial Period Of Two (2) Years With An Option To Extend For An Indefinite Number Of Years For So Long As Clbc Requires The Above-referenced Service Type And Exercises The Discretion To Continue To Contract With Nexus Community Support Society.
