Contract notice: Preparation, transport and management of sustainable meals for municipal schools and the playgrounds of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert Comment: definition of the cold connection The tenderer is reminded that the cold bond is a very short-term conservation process. The various alteration phenomena (enzymatic action, microbial proliferation, oxidation) are only considerably slowed down but not stopped. Food is stored in a specific cold room for each product category below + 7º C and transported to a relay kitchen by isothermal truck below + 7º C. School meals (of all types) are delivered, preferably in bulk and cold, to schools, to places determined by the contracting authority. In the event of the implementation of a general emergency and municipal intervention plan or other (PGUIC), any requests for additional prepared meals must be at the price proposed by the successful tenderer.
