Bids That Are Within The Abc Of The Lot, Regardless If The Price Offered For Other Items Exceeds Their Respective Abc Per Item, May Be Considered For Award If Proven To Be The Single/lowest Calculated And Responsive Bid Among All Bids. 2. The Comelec Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods/ Services Is Required As Indicated In Section Vi- Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Seven (7) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
