The Commission On Elections (comelec), Single-year Framework Agreement For A Duration Of One (1) Year, Through The General Appropriations Act Of Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million One Hundred Seven Thousand Eight-hundred Twenty And 40/100 (₱2,107,820.40) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Drinking Water With Free Provision Of Brand New Water Dispenser For The Comelec Main Office With Details As Follows: Line Item Description Maximum Qty Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Cost Per Item Or Service Total Cost Per Item 1 Purified Drinking Water 36,540 (18l/gallon) ₱56.67 ₱2,070,721.80 2 Alkaline Drinking Water 420 (18l/gallon) ₱88.33 ₱37,098.60 Total ₱2,107,820.40 Note: Negotiation Procurement Documents Is Free Of Charge. (1) With At Least Forty-five (45) Units Of Brand New Water Dispenser At No Cost To The Comelec (2) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Comelec Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Provider For This Project. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Similar In Nature Shall Mean Contracts Involving “contracts Involving Supply, Delivery, Distribution Of Drinking Water”. 3.
