The Commission On Audit (coa), Regional Office (ro) No. 1, City Of San Fernando, La Union, Through The Regular Agency Fund, Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eleven Million Six Hundred Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty Three And 45/100 Pesos (₱11,602,163.45) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Two Storey Storage/records Building For Provincial Satellite Auditing Office (psao), San Carlos City, Pangasinan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Coa, Ro No. 1, City Of San Fernando, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
