The Commission On Audit Regional Office No. V, Legazpi City, Through The General Appropriations Act For Cy 2022, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Nine Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Four Hundred Five Pesos And Forty-six Centavos (php 10,933,405.46) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Two (2)-storey Records And Storage Building With Cargo Lift/service Elevator Including Mobile Compactor Shelving System For Coa Psao Camarines Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Commission On Audit Regional Office No. V, Legazpi City, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 150 Calendar Days From Notice Of Award. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidders May Conduct Inspection Of The Project Site Prior To The Bid Opening. 10. Bidder Must Submit Together With Its Bid The Documentary Requirements Of The Subcontractors Complying With The Eligibility Criteria Stated In Itb Clause 5 In Accordance With Section 23.4 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184 Pursuant To Section 23.1 Thereof. 11. Bidder Shall Disclose And Identify Its Subcontractor In The Bidding Documents. Subcontractors Disclosed And Identified May Not Be Changed During The Implementation Of This Contract, Provided They Meet The Required Qualifications And Receive The Necessary Approvals. Subcontractors Must Submit The Documentary Requirements Under Section 23.1 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184 And Comply With The Eligibility Criteria Specified In Itb Clause 5 To The Implementing Or End-user Unit, Including The Names And Curricula Vitae (cvs) Of The Core Team Members. The Required Documents Shall Be Included As Part Of The Technical Components Of The Bid. In The Event That Any Of The Subcontractor Is Found To Be Ineligible, The Bidder Shall Be Disqualified. 12. Subcontracting Of Any Portion Of The Project Does Not Relieve The Contractor Of Any Liability Or Obligation Under The Contract. The Bidder Will Be Responsible For The Acts, Defaults, And Negligence Of Any Subcontractor, Its Agents, Servants, Or Workmen As Fully As If These Were The Contractor’s Own Acts, Defaults, Or Negligence, Or Those Of Its Agents, Servants, Or Workmen. 13. If At The Time Of The Post-qualification Procedure, The Bac Verifies That The Bidder Has Any Of The Deficiencies, Enumerated In Section 34.3(b)(ii) Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184 Due To The Contractor's Fault Or Negligence, The Procuring Entity Shall Disqualify The Contractor From The Award Without Any Right To Reimburse Fees And Incidental Cost Paid For The Procurement Of Infrastructure Contract Subject Of The Bid. 14.
