Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of One (1) Unit Passenger Van 1. The Commission On Audit Regional Office No. Iv-b (coa Ro Iv-b), Through The Capital Outlay, Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱2,600,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of One (1) Unit Passenger Van/r4b-2024-003-a (goods). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Coa Regional Office Iv-b, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required As Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
