The required prior work experience for the bidder involves providing detailed information about annual turnover, value of works executed, and existing commitments. The bidder should have completed previously at least one work of similar nature and complexity comparable to this work, i.e., construction of earthwork and concrete lining. The cost of 30% of similar type of work, i.e., construction of earthwork and lining in one single work, should be a minimum of Rs. 147.54 Lakhs. As a prime contractor, the bidder should have executed construction of earthwork and concrete lining of minimum quantities of the following items in a single year during the last five years: - Excavation: 11252 Cu.m (30% of 37508 Cu.m) - Embankment: 7657 Cu.m (30% of 25524 Cu.m) - Cement Concrete Lining: 746 Cu.m (30% of 2488 Cu.m) - Cement Concrete: 136 Cu.m (30% of 452 Cu.m) The bidder is required to provide certificates from the Executive Engineer or head of offices to support the figures provided, and fill forms such as Form - 3 and Appendix - N to provide a statement showing the similar type of work carried out, including the name of the work, agreement number, amount of work done, and date of completion. The percentage of similar works completed mentioned is 30%.
