The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in similar works, such as Electrical works of multi-storied buildings, factories, substations, etc. as a single contract or as a part of composite contract. The bidder needs to provide a list of similar works executed during the last seven years, including the value of the work in Indian Rupees, with details such as name and address of the employer, project name, location, and nature of work, among others. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work valuing Rs. 216 Lakhs or more in a single contract or as a part of composite contract during the last 07 years ending 31/12/24. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least two similar works each valuing Rs 162 Lakhs or more in a single contract or as a part of composite contract valuing more than Rs 162 Lakh during the last 07 years ending 31/12/24. Additionally, the bidder should have annual work contract receipts of value not less than Rs. 425 Lakhs during any one of the last three financial years ending 31st March 2024. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, except for a condition related to lumpsum contracts based on Bills of Quantities, where if the cumulative effect of errors or omissions varies the Contract sum by more than 5% or Rs.20,000/-, whichever is less, then the errors shall be rectified. However, this percentage is not directly related to the similar works completed by the bidder.
