Description Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Ict Equipment For Hcgdswm 1. The Headquarters Coast Guard District Southwestern Mindanao Through The General Appropriations Act For Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-two Pesos Only (php2,478,562.00) Being The Approved Budget Ceiling (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Ict Equipment For Hcgdswm. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Headquarters Coast Guard District Southwestern Mindanao Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Forty- Five (45) Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
