Tenders are invited for Self-Checkout Equipment for Clay County Libraries Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received until 4:00 P.M., Thursday, October 29, 2020, at the Clay County Admin Bldg, Purchasing Dept, 4th floor, 477 Houston St, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043, for the following: RFP NO: 20/21-6, Self-Checkout Equipment for Clay County Libraries Proposals will be opened at 9:00am, or as soon thereafter as possible, on Friday, October 30, 2020 in the Clay County Admin Bldg, Conference Room B , 4th floor, 477 Houston St, Green Cove Springs, Florida. Proposals will not be valid unless received by the proposal deadline. All communications with the County regarding this RFP should be directed to Kris Collora, Purchasing Department, (904) 541-5885 or by email: purchasing@claycountygov.com Proposals require a five (5%) percent bid bond and may not be withdrawn after the scheduled opening time for a period of thirty (30) days. A bid bond shall include the form of a cashier or certified check payable to the County. The County reserves the right to waive formalities in any proposal, to reject any or all proposals with or without cause, including the lack of availability of adequate funds, regulatory agency requirements, and/or to accept the proposal that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the County of Clay.
