The Clark International Airport Corporation (hereinafter Called “procuring Entity” Has Received Financing (hereinafter Called “funds”) From The Government Of The Philippines (gop) Through Ciac Corporate Operating Budget For C.y. 2024 (hereinafter Called The “funding Source”) Toward The Cost Of Procurement Of Consulting Services For The Detailed Architectural And Engineering Design (daed) Of The New Ciac Headquarters (re-bid). The Procuring Entity Intends To Apply A Portion Of The Funds In The Amount Of Thirty Million Three Hundred Forty Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (php 30,340,800.00), Inclusive Of Vat To Eligible Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Consulting Services For The Detailed Architectural And Engineering Design (daed) Of The New Ciac Headquarters (re-bid) For Which The Bidding Documents Is Issued. 2. The Procuring Entity Now Invites Bids To Provide The Following Consulting Services: Procurement Of Consulting Services For The Detailed Architectural And Engineering Design (daed) Of The New Ciac Headquarters (re-bid). More Details On The Services Are Provided In The Terms Of Reference (tor) For The Project. 3. The Consultant Shall Be Selected And Employed In Accordance With Quality Cost-based Evaluation (qcbe) Procedure As Described In The Bidding Documents. The Technical Proposal Shall Be Given A Weight Of Eighty Percent (80%) While The Financial Proposal Shall Be Given A Weight Of Twenty Percent (20%) In Calculating The Overall Score Of The Bidders. 4. This Notice Has Been Addressed To The Following Shortlisted Consultants: A. Palafox Associates Xxx Nothing Follows Xxx 5. It Is Not Permissible For You To Transfer This Invitation To Any Other Consultant. 6. The Bidding Documents May Be Acquired At Clark International Airport Corporation During Office Hours (monday To Friday, 8:00 A.m. To 5:00 P.m.), Upon Payment Of An Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Twenty-five Thousand Pesos (php 25,000.00) Either Through Direct Deposit Or Bank Transfer To Any Ciac Bank Accounts. Ciac Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Bidding Document Fee In Person Or Through Electronic Means. 7.
