Tenders are invited for Camp Lee Canyon: Restroom Remodel and Site Improvements Description: Clark County invites qualified firms or individuals to submit bids. Questions regarding this bid must be directed to the Bid Contact listed in this bid. The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Camp Lee Canyon: Restroom Remodel and Site Improvements and is located at 6201 Lee Canyon Road, Mt. Charleston, Nevada. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 1 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the main restroom building interior remodel, exterior dance pavilion remodel, propane tank replacement, light fixture upgrade to LED, retaining wall replacement and drainage, and replacement of sport court asphalt. Construction includes all administrative work as required by Division One general requirements; selective demolition as required and specified; installation of pour-in-place concrete, precast concrete benches and steel reinforcement, installation of masonry, including reinforcement, grout and mortar; installation of steel for footings and miscellaneous metals; installation of rough carpentry, heavy timber framing and sheathing; installation of thermal insulation, vapor retarders, asphaltic shingle roofing; and sealants; installation of non-structural framing and finishes such as gypsum wallboard, cement backer board, tiling, and painting; installation of specialties including toilet partitions, accessories and panel signage; installation of plumbing/mechanical, electrical and low-voltage infrastructure; grading and site utilities for the coordination and removal of the propane tanks, sports courts and dance pavilion footings; asphaltic and concrete paving, joints, and markings. All work shall be done in accordance with the project manual for this project and as noted on the drawings.
