The Expected Service Standards And Conditions Are As Follows: A.security Guards Shall At All Times Ensure The Security Of Denr Isabela Officials And Employees, Physical Resources, And Respond To All Other Security Related Concerns In Accordance With The Approved Security Plan. B.the Contractor Shall Recommend The Enforcement Of Policies, Rules And Regulations Of The Denr Isabela And, Upon The Approval Of The Penr Officer Or Its Authorized Representative, Implement Them In Order To Maintain Peace And Order Within The Denr Isabela Premises. C.whenever Required By The Penr Officer Or The End-users, Or If Deemed Necessary By The Supervisor, The Contractor Shall Investigate Any Security Breach Within The Denr Isabela Premises, Including The Commission Of Any Crime, And Submit A Report To The Penr Officer Through The Chief, Management Services Division (chief, Msd). Description of services: The Sra-03 bridge is to be demolished and replaced by a new replacement structure. The bridge can currently only be used by bicycle traffic. In the future, it will also only be used by bicycle traffic, including restricted access by the Plessa district's building yard (vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes). For this reason, the options available for the replacement building must be checked during the planning phase. The client provides surveying data and the results of investigations into the subsoil and the analysis of the material of the existing structure. The planning services put out to tender will be remunerated in accordance with Hoai 2021. The rough cost estimate for the replacement building Sra-03 over the Great Schradener Binnengraben near Schraden, which was made as part of preliminary planning, resulted in costs totalling EUR 185,000 gross. The total fee is assessed, which is the sum of all price components (special services and ancillary costs). The evaluation sum determined in this way forms the basis for the award. The contract is awarded in stages, divided into individual service phases. With the conclusion of the restricted tender, Lph 1-4 for the measure replacement new construction Sra-03 over the large Schradener Binnengraben near Schraden will be contractually commissioned, as well as the structural planning for Lph 2-4. There is no legal entitlement to the transfer of all planned service phases. There is also no legal entitlement to further commissioning after the first service phases have been completed.
