Description Procurement Of Quarterly Maintenance Of Air-conditioning Units In Csc Regional And Field Offices (january 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025) (lot 1) Location / Area: Csc Regional Office Vi, Csc Fos Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Guimaras, Iloilo And Negros Occidental Scope Of Works: 1. General Cleaning Of Ac Units (indoor & Outdoor) Reclogging Of Drain Lines; 2. Cleaning Of Ac Body Parts And Filters; 3. Check Refrigerant Gas Content; 4. Retighten Screw/lubricate All Moving Parts To Eliminate Unusual Sound; 5. Check Ac Wiring, Terminal Dips, And Circuit Breaker; 6. Check Motor Compressor/electrical Motor For Proper Draw; And 7. Check The Whole System For Cooling Performance. Other Terms And Conditions: 1. Free Service Call And Response Time Of One (1) Day; 2. Parts That Need Replacement Are Not Included On This Contract; 3. Liquidated Damages Shall Be At Least 1/10 Of 10% For Everyday Cost Of Delay; And 4. That The Government Shall Not Be Liable For Any Obligation Causing Out Of Injury, Sickness, Disability Or Death By The Laborer Employed By The Contractor. Terms Of Payment: 1. Quarterly Payment Upon Completion Of The General Cleaning And Maintenance Base On The Schedule To Be Provided By Cscro Vi; And 2. Free Labor Charge In Case Of Installation And/or Replacement Of Damage Parts. After Service Requirement: 1. Billing/service Invoice To Be Submitted On A Per Quarter Basis To Cscro Vi; And 2. Service Accomplishment Report Diagnosis And Recommendation Included To Be Submitted On A Per Quarter Basis To Cscro Vi Contract Duration: The Contract Shall Commence From The Date Of Signing Until December 31, 2025 Or Until The Execution Of A New Contract Pursuant To Government Procurement Policy Board (gppb) Resolution No. 23-2007 Dated September 28, 2007 “approving And Adopting The Revised Guidelines On The Extension Of Contracts For General Support Services”, Subject To The Agreement Of Both Parties.
