Description Preventive Maintenance Of The Elevator Of Cscroiv Description: Fuji Home Elevator Pe-1 Scope Of Works: Monthly Preventive Maintenance And Inspection For 12 Months Including, But Not Limited To: 1. Lubricate And Adjust All Machinery, Motors, Control Parts, Chains, Brakes, And Safety Appliance; 2. Provide Necessary Grease And Cotton Waste Related To The Maintenance; 3. Examine And Test Periodically The Equipment; 4. All Other Necessary Procedures To Properly Maintain The Equipment In Good Operational Conditions; 5. Submit Service Report Indicating Status / Condition Of The Equipment And Recommendation To Avoid Frequent Failures Of Equipment; 6. Provide Emergency Repair Services By Immediately Sending Out Technical Service Technicians To Conduct Necessary Troubleshooting And Repair Services With A Maximum Five (5) Call-backs If Within Metro Manila Per Month 7. The Contractor Shall Provide An Adequate Technical Support Within The Contracted Maintenance Time Period For Troubleshooting / Call-back If Incase Of Equipment Malfunctions And Non-operation, Exceeding The Maximum Call-backs Per Month A Corresponding Fee Shall Apply As Per Stated In The Call-back Rate Schedule Supply Of The Following Accessories: A.
