The Civil Service Commission Regional Office V (csc Ro V), Through The Operating Budget For Cy 2024, Intends To Procure One (1) Unit Motor Vehicle For Csc Ro V With An Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of Two Million Pesos Only (php 2,000,000.00), Inclusive Of Government Taxes/applicable Charges. 2. The Csc Ro V Bids And Award Committee (bac) Invites Interested Bidders/suppliers/dealers/distributors Of Motor Vehicles And Duly Registered With The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (philgeps) (http://www.philgeps.gov.ph) Of The Department Of Budget And Management (dbm) To Participate In The Project: Title Of Project: Negotiated Procurement For The Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Unit Motor Vehicle For Csc Ro V. 3. The Mode Of Procurement For This Project Is Negotiated Procurement For Two Failed Bidding Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. The Selection Of The Successful Offer Shall Be Based On The Best And Final Offer That Will Be Submitted On The Specified Date Shown Below, And Which Would Meet The Minimum Technical Specifications Required. 4.
