The Civil Aviation Authority Of The Philippines (caap), Through The Caap App Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of T H Re E M Il Li O N Si X Hu N D Re D T H Ir T Y-e Ig Ht T Ho U Sa N D O N E Hu N D Re D E I G H Ty -n In E A N D 2 3 / 1 0 0 ( P Hp 3, 6 3 8, 1 8 9. 2 3) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Installation Of Twenty-four (24) Sets Inverter Airconditioning Units At Fsis Building (bid No. 24-053-08 Bravo). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Civil Aviation Authority Of The Philippines Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Forty-five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Civil Aviation Authority Of The Philippines And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Working Days At 8:00am To 5:00pm. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On 07 August 2024 Until The Deadline Of Submission Of Bids From The Given Address And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Php 5,600.00 (inclusive Of 12% Vat).
