Contract notice: works promotion contract 2022-1-a: from 20 to 50 approved housing units. These specifications relate to a public contract for the promotion of works, the purpose of which is: "the construction (or renovation) of a building of new housing (subsidized housing and assignments at free price) and the sale, at a price under agreement, of these acquired dwellings".This call for projects is aimed at the construction or renovation of mixed housing buildings including so-called "conventioned" housing and if possible as part of a larger project including free-price housing and/or other free-price allocations. the projects presented, reconciling exemplary architectural quality, high environmental quality and respect for the urban fabric, must be part of a proactive approach to sustainable development and be established in neighborhoods to which they can provide additional functions likely to improve them the quality of life and urban balance or constitute city districts in themselves. one of the objectives of this call for projects is to create a leverage effect in the territory of the brussels-capital region in the renovation of neighborhoods where investment in housing is lacking in order to participate in the social housing policy.
