Description Solicitation: Cw -25-0115-0210n Request For Quotation 53.9 “small Value Procurement” (civil Works) Construction Of Fence At Landang Gua Name Of Project The City Government Of Zamboanga, Through The General Fund (ab Fy 2023 (20% Df) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos (p1,000,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Fence At Landang Gua. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening 1. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement, Per Resolution No. Amp- 25-012 Dated January 14, 2025 Pursuant To Section 53.9 “small Value Procurement” Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives And Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 2. For This Purpose, Contracts Similar To The Project Refer To Contracts Which Have The Same Major Categories Of Work, Which Should Be Construction Of Fence Or Any Vertical Structure With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc.
