Description Republic Of The Philippines City Government Of Zamboanga Bids And Awards Committee Solicitation No. Goods 24-1012-0206 Villalobos Street, Zamboanga City Invitation To Bid For Representation Expenses (meeting And Conferences) (name Of Project) 1. The City Government Of Zamboanga, Through The Sb#1 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (p2,399,250.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Representation Expenses (meetings And Conferences) For Lot 1: Pr No. 100-24-10-2672, Lot 2: 100-24-10-2674 And Lot 3: P100-24-10-2675. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Zamboanga Now Invites Bids For The Lot 1: 2,300 Pax Meals-ph, Lot 2: 2,300 Pax Meals-ph And Lot 3: 2,255 Pax Meals-ph. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Lot 1-3 Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within A Period Of Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, With A Value Of At Least (50%) Of The Abc And To Meet Other Eligibility Requirements Stated In The Eligibility Documents. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 8. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 14.
