D3.          scope Of Work D3.1        the Work To Be Done Under The Contract Shall Consist Of Mobilization, Topsoil Salvage,  Excavation To Offload The Lot 16 Drain Bank, Haulage Of Waste Soil To The Brady Road Resource  Management Facility (brady Road Landfill) And Construction Of A Compacted Drain Bank, Final Grading  Of Topsoil And Demobilization.
