Description 1. The Barangay Government Of Nabag-o, Through The Cy 2022 Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Two Thousand One Hundred Seventy Nine & 90/100 Pesos Only (php 102,179.90) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract 2024-06-001 For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of Bahay Tulugan Phase V. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Barangay Government Of Nabag-o Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of Bahay Tulugan Phase V. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 30 Days From The Date Of The Contract. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 10 Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
