The City Government Of Trece Martires Using A Single Year Framework Agreement, Through The Gop 202 4intends To Apply The Sum Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (php4,999,800.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Delivery (framework Agreement) / Itb-goods-2024-011. Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The City Government Of Trece Martires Now Invites Bids For Goods (framework Agreement). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Twenty (30) Days After Issuance Of A Call-off Or Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
