The City Government Of Toledo Under The Sef-smart Tv For All Eccd Centers Cy 2024- Has Appropriated The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (php1,980,000.00) Only, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Supply And Delivery Of Led Smart Tv’s For All Early Childhood Care Development Centers Of Toledo City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Toledo Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For A Period Of (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po) And/or Ntp. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
