The City Government Of Toledo Under The Trust – Trust Liabilities – Hospital Charges # 2024 Laboratory Equipment - Has Appropriated The Sum Of One Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php1,650,000.00) Only, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Supply And Delivery Of Back Up Of Ups For Ct Scan Machine For Toledo City General Hospital Use. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Toledo Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For A Period Of (90) Working Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po) And/or Ntp. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
