Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Toledo Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Wooden Chair With Tablet Arm For Secondary And Elementary Public Schools Of Toledo City. Delivery Of Goods Is Required (90) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po) And/or Ntp. 3. The City Government Of Toledo Assumes No Responsibility Whatsoever To Compensate Or Indemnify Bidders For Any Expenses Incurred In The Preparation Of The Bid. 11.
