The City Government Of Toledo Under The Sef – Sb # 01 2024 – School Bus (aircon) -vehicle – Has Appropriated The Sum Of Seven Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (php7,900,000.00) Only, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Supply And Delivery Of Brand New Air-conditioned Bus For Deped Toledo City Division. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Toledo Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For A Period Of (120) Working Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po) And/or Ntp. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
