Description Barangay Bagumbayan Through Its Bid And Awards Committee (bac) Invites Contractors To Bid For The Above-mentioned Project With The Sum Of Nine Hundred Twelve Thousand Fifty Eight Pesos Only (php 912,058.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Installation Of Solar Street Lights. 1. Prospective Bidders Should Have Undertaken A Similar Project Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Bidding And Accredited. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Process Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria As Specified In Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). 3.
