Description Invitation To Bid For The Provision Of Generator Set With Housing, Super Health Center, Barangay Site, Brgy. Baras, Tacurong City 1. The City Government Of Tacurong, Through The Continuing Projects 2023 Locally Funded Project Lgu Counterpart To Various Development Project & Programs Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Thirty-two Thousand Three Hundred Forty-two Pesos And 58/100 (php2,432,342.58) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Civil Works With Project Id No. 2024-cw-035. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Tacurong Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required To Be Completed Within 75 Calendar Days Upon The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
