The Barangay 74, Through The Sanggunian Barangay General Appropriations Ordinance For 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy One Pesos & 43/100 (p1,062,056.22) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For The Road Concreting. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay 74 Now Invites Bids For The Road Concreting, Located In This Barangay. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Nondiscretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act” 4. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 5.
