The Barangay 99, Through The Sanggunian Barangay General Appropriations Ordinance For 2024 And Continuing Appropriations Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Five Pesos & 97/100 (p499,755.97) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Drainage Canal & Concrete Cover. 2. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Barangay 99 Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Drainage Canal & Concrete Cover, Located In This Barangay. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 20 Calendar Days. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Nondiscretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act” Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 5.
