Sub-grade Preparation Iii. Aggregate Base Course Iv. P.c. Concreting Pavement Invitation To Bid For Road Concreting 1. The Barangay 79, Through The 20% Development Fund Fy-2024 Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (p700,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For The Road Concreting. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay 79 Now Invites Bids For The Road Concreting, Located In This Barangay. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 45 Calendar Days. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Nondiscretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act” 4. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 5. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee, Barangay Hall Of Barangay 79 And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00am To 12:00noon And 1:00pm To 5:00pm. 6.
