Fabrication Damage Concrete Cover Qty=28.00 Units Invitation To Bid For Clearing And Reconditioning Of Existing Drainage System The Barangay 8-a, Through The Sanggunian Barangay General Appropriations Ordinance For 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred One Pesos & 88/100 (p315,301.88) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For The Clearing And Reconditioning Of Existing Drainage System. 1. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Barangay 8-a Now Invites Bids For The Clearing And Reconditioning Of Existing Drainage System, Located In This Barangay. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 20 Calendar Days. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Nondiscretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act” 4. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy-five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 5.
