Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the City Government Of Sipalay Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Fuel To Be Used On Service Vehicles Of City Of Sipalay, Negros Occidental (cgs-2024-g020).
