Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the City Government Of Sipalay, Province Of Negros Occidental Now Invites Bids For Installation Of 35 Units Of Led Road Lights 70 Meters Spanning In Barangay 4, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental (cgs-2024-w005).
