The City Government Of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Through The Appropriation Ordinance Of 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Seven Hundred Eighty-eight Thousand And One Hundred Sixty-six Pesos (₱6,788,166.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For: Purchase Of Dangerous Drugs Intended For Use In The Operating Room, Specifically For Patients In The Operating Room (bp-24-10-0335) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3.
